Your Role as a Partner
As a Partner, you will be a key architect of Atomiq Consulting’s growth and future success. You will harness your experience, expertise, leadership, and network to deliver exceptional results for our clients, drive business development, and inspire our team to achieve new heights.
Your key responsibilities include:
Driving Growth:
Expanding Atomiq Consulting’s presence in Switzerland and neighboring regions, establishing the firm as a trusted partner for innovation-driven organizations.
Leveraging your personal network to identify opportunities, acquire new clients, and position Atomiq Consulting as a leader in the consulting space.
Delivering Results:
Leading high-impact client engagements across strategy, marketing, and sales that deliver measurable outcomes.
Taking full ownership of project success, ensuring consistently excellent delivery while fostering long-term client partnerships.
Developing the Team:
Building and mentoring a high-performing, growth-oriented team of consultants.
Promoting a culture of collaboration, capability development, and knowledge sharing within the organization.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an ambitious, dynamic, and experienced professional who:
Brings 7–10 years of experience in both commercial line management and consulting roles.
Holds a master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
Possesses significant industry expertise in science and technology-driven sectors, such as pharma, med-tech, life sciences, engineering, or chemicals.
Demonstrates deep functional expertise in strategy, marketing, and sales, with the ability to translate this expertise into high-value client solutions.
Has a proven track record of success in business development and project execution, with a robust personal network in Switzerland and Europe.
Exhibits an authentic and empathetic leadership style that inspires and develops others while driving collaboration and delivering results.
Communicates fluently in German and English (both written and spoken).
