Your Role as Director
As a Director at Atomiq Consulting, you will play a critical role in managing projects, building client relationships, and contributing to driving business growth. You will bridge the gap between execution and strategy by taking ownership of client engagements and fostering trusted partnerships.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing Projects:
Leading and delivering end-to-end consulting projects in the areas of strategy, marketing, and sales.
Ensuring exceptional delivery by overseeing project timelines, scope, and quality, while creating impact for clients.
Building Client Relationships:
Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and serving them as a trusted advisor.
Ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand engagements.
Contributing to Business Development:
Supporting business development, including identifying client opportunities and contributing to proposals.
Collaborating with Partners to grow Atomiq’s client base and market presence.
Leading and Developing Teams:
Coaching and mentoring consultants to help them grow professionally.
Promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an ambitious, dynamic, and experienced professional who has:
4–7 years of experience in both industry and consulting, preferably within science and technology-driven sectors (e.g., pharma, med-tech, life sciences, engineering, chemicals, etc.).
A master’s degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related, with strong academic results.
Functional expertise in strategy, marketing, and sales, with the ability to design and deliver client-centric solutions.
Strong project management skills, including managing teams and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Demonnstrated being able to build trust-based client relationships
Experience supporting business development initiatives and is eager to further develop these skills.
